Request Data Deletion (Without Deleting Account)
You can request deletion of some or all AudiPals data while keeping your account active.
How to request
- Email privacy@audipals.com from your account email.
- Use subject line: AudiPals Data Deletion Request.
- Specify what you want removed, for example:
- Listening history cache in AudiPals
- Reactions/votes history
- Webhook configuration
- All optional analytics/notification identifiers where removable
Important notes
- Your account can remain active after partial data deletion.
- Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
- For full account closure, use Delete Account.
