Delete Your AudiPals Account
You can request deletion of your AudiPals account and associated data using the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@audipals.com from the email address linked to your AudiPals account.
- Use subject line: AudiPals Account Deletion Request.
- Include your AudiPals username and confirm you want your account deleted.
What happens next
- We verify the request and confirm account ownership.
- Your AudiPals account and associated profile/social data are deleted from active systems.
- If any data must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or regulatory reasons, we keep only what is required and for the minimum necessary period.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your AudiPals account does not automatically cancel app store subscriptions. Manage subscription cancellation through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
